Server Hardware Failure

Dear Customers,

Last week our hosting provider had a scheduled maintenance in their datacenter. During the schedulled maintenance all servers were powered-off and powered-on again. Unfortunatelly our server experienced hard-disk failure during this event and support engineers couldn't recover all the data, meaning that we lost customer account and order data for the last 9 months. 

Note that all orders before 9th November were processed and entered in shipping queue that is stored at our shipping server. If you wish to check the status of your order please contact our Customer Support and have your Order ID ready. We can only check shipping status and details with Order ID. If you don't know Order ID then we suggest you check your email and find emails that you received from our web-server. Each auto-generated email with order information includes Order ID.

​If you cannot login to our web-server then your account information was most probably lost and doesn't exist anymore. Please register a new account and you will have access to our direct Customer Support for further instructions or order inquiries.

Please rest assured that all orders are safely stored at our internal shipping server and they will be dispatched as soon as possible.
